Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier · £1,000,000 public liability · fixed price agreed before we start

## Established in 2020
Charlie and the same crew on every job, nothing subcontracted out.

## Upper-tier waste carrier
Registered with the Environment Agency, with every load taken to licensed transfer stations.

## Fixed price before we start
£60 minimum call-out and one agreed figure, never a revised price once the van is loaded.

## 7am – 9pm, 7 days a week
Early starts, evenings and weekends, so completion and tenancy dates are workable.

## £1,000,000 public liability
Fully insured through Simply Business from the moment we arrive.

Overview

## From overgrown to usable in a single visit
Garden clearance covers everything an ordinary green-bin collection will not: heavy overgrowth and brambles, hedge and tree cuttings, turf, soil and rubble, rotten decking and fence panels, collapsed sheds, greenhouse glass, broken garden furniture, old play equipment and the pile behind the shed that has been there for years.

We clear it, load it and take it away under our Environment Agency upper-tier waste carrier registration, separating green waste, timber, metal and inert material at licensed transfer stations. Because we work 7am to 9pm seven days a week, jobs can be booked around your weekend, your tenants or your ground crew.

Access is the thing that makes garden work expensive elsewhere. Terraced properties with through-the-house access, rear gardens reached only by a side alley, and first-floor flats with a shared garden are all normal for us, and are priced honestly at the quote rather than after we have seen the alley.

The cost of waiting

## What an ignored garden turns into
Garden problems compound faster than indoor ones, because the weather keeps working on them.

### Structural damage creeps in
Ivy and heavy growth against brickwork, fences and outbuildings hold moisture against the structure. Rotten decking and collapsing sheds eventually become a repair bill rather than a removal job.

### It devalues the property visibly
Buyers and tenants price what they see. An overgrown garden reads as neglect and invites a discount on the whole property, not just the outside space.

### Pests and neighbour disputes
Dense overgrowth and piled waste attract vermin and encroach over boundaries: one of the most common causes of neighbour complaints and council contact.

### The usual mistakes
Filling a hired skip with green waste and soil and paying for weight. Cutting everything back with nowhere to put it. Burning waste in a residential garden. Each creates a bigger problem than it solves.

Our process

## How the job runs from first call to handover

- Step 1
### Assessment of volume and access
We look at how much is coming out and how it gets to the vehicle, through the house, down a side alley, or over a rear gate, then give one fixed price.

- Step 2
### Clearance plan agreed
We agree what stays: plants you want kept, a shed that is staying, borders that should not be touched. Nothing outside the agreed scope is removed.

- Step 3
### Cut back, dismantle and load
Overgrowth is cut back, structures such as decking, sheds and fence panels are dismantled, and everything is carried out by hand.

- Step 4
### Separated licensed disposal
Green waste, timber, metal, glass and inert rubble are separated at licensed transfer stations so as much as possible is composted or recycled.

- Step 5
### Ground raked and left tidy
The site is raked over and left clean, ready for landscaping, turfing or simply using again.

What you get

## Specific outcomes, not vague promises

### No weight-based surprises
Soil, turf and rubble are heavy. Our price is agreed before the work, so weight does not change your bill.

### Difficult access handled
Through-the-house carries, side alleys and rear-only access are routine and priced in from the start.

### One visit, one crew
Cutting back, dismantling, loading and disposal all happen in the same job rather than across separate trades.

### Green waste recycled
Separated at licensed transfer stations for composting and recycling instead of going to landfill as a mixed load.

### Seven-day availability
7am to 9pm, seven days, so a garden can be cleared before a viewing, a party or a landscaper arriving.

### Insured on your property
£1,000,000 public liability cover through Simply Business protects fences, glazing and neighbouring property.

In detail

## Garden clearance detail: materials and situations
Garden waste is several different waste streams at once, which is why it needs handling rather than just collecting.

### Green waste and overgrowth
Brambles, ivy, hedge trimmings, branches, turf and general growth are bulky and wet. Separated properly, they go for composting rather than landfill.

### Soil, turf and rubble
Inert material is dense and needs a different disposal route to green waste. Old patios, hardcore, broken slabs and excavated soil are all taken, priced on volume and weight together.

### Sheds, decking and fencing
Timber structures are dismantled on site and removed. Treated timber, felt roofing and rusted fixings are separated so the recyclable fraction is not contaminated.

### Greenhouses and glass
Glass is handled carefully and separately for obvious safety reasons, never mixed into a general load where a later handler could be injured.

### Garden furniture, play equipment and hot tubs
Rusted swing sets, trampolines, broken rattan sets and disused hot tubs are all cut down or dismantled as needed and split into metal, plastic and general streams.

### Residential vs commercial grounds
Domestic gardens are usually a single visit. Commercial grounds, communal blocks and landlord portfolios often need scheduled visits and documented disposal, which we can provide.

Ask Us About Your Job

How much does a garden clearance cost?+Price is based on volume, weight and access rather than an hourly rate, with a £60 minimum call-out. You are given a fixed figure before we start.

Do you take soil, turf and rubble?+Yes. Inert material is taken through the appropriate disposal route; it is worth mentioning at quote stage because it is much heavier than green waste.

Can you remove a shed or old decking?+Yes. Sheds, decking, fence panels and greenhouses are dismantled on site and removed as part of the clearance.

What if there is no rear access to the garden?+That is normal in terraced and mid-link properties. We carry through the house with protection down, and access is factored into the quoted price.

How long does a garden clearance take?+Most gardens are done within a day. Heavy overgrowth with structures to dismantle and poor access can take longer, and you will be told that before booking.

Is the green waste recycled?+Yes. Green waste is separated at licensed transfer stations for composting and recycling wherever possible.

Can you clear a garden at the weekend?+Yes. We work 7am to 9pm, seven days a week, including weekends.

Do you cover Orpington and Bromley for garden clearance?+Yes: Orpington, Bromley, Chislehurst, Sidcup, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Welling, Eltham, Dartford, Gravesend, Crayford and Erith.
